  • The 10% discount applies only to services provided by Japan Easy Support.

Language support and administrative assistance services provided by Japan Easy Support do not constitute official, certified, or sworn interpretation services.

No Official Legal, Tax, or Administrative Advice

The information, translations, and support provided by Japan Easy Support do not constitute official legal, tax, accounting, immigration, real estate, or administrative advice. For any regulated matter, clients remain responsible for consulting a qualified licensed professional.

Third-Party Decisions

Decisions made by banks, administrations, real estate agencies, insurance companies, employers, schools, or any other third-party organizations remain entirely independent from Japan Easy Support. Japan Easy Support cannot be held responsible for refusals, delays, cancellations, or additional requirements imposed by third parties.

Administrative Processing Delays

Japan Easy Support cannot guarantee processing times applied by Japanese administrations, banks, real estate agencies, or other organizations. Processing times may vary especially during Japanese public holidays, Golden Week, Obon, New Year holidays, or peak activity periods.

Physical Services and Transportation

Services requiring physical presence are provided by appointment only and subject to availability. Japan Easy Support cannot be held responsible for transportation delays, weather disruptions, natural disasters, accidents, exceptional closures, or any event beyond its control.

Tourism and Assistance Activities

Japan Easy Support exclusively provides assistance, support, and recommendation services. The company does not operate as a licensed travel agency, official tourism operator, or certified tour guide.

Personal Data Protection

Personal documents and information provided by clients (passport, residence card, banking documents, addresses, phone numbers, etc.) are used solely for the requested services. Japan Easy Support commits to limiting access to such information only to persons necessary for processing the requested services. Certain information may be shared with third-party organizations when required for service execution.

Client Behavior

Japan Easy Support reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel services without refund in cases of: disrespectful behavior, aggression, harassment, threats, abusive requests, or behavior damaging the company, its staff, or partners.

Support Hours and Response Times

Response times may vary depending on business hours, Japanese public holidays, vacation periods, or periods of high demand. Japan Easy Support does not guarantee 24/7 availability unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Force Majeure

Japan Easy Support shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements, or inability to provide services caused by force majeure events including but not limited to: earthquakes, typhoons, pandemics, fires, natural disasters, government restrictions, network outages, or any unforeseeable events beyond its control.
