Japan Easy Support reserves the right to suspend, postpone, or cancel services without refund in cases of: disrespectful behavior, aggression, harassment, threats, abusive requests, or behavior damaging the company, its staff, or partners.
Response times may vary depending on business hours, Japanese public holidays, vacation periods, or periods of high demand. Japan Easy Support does not guarantee 24/7 availability unless specifically agreed otherwise.
Japan Easy Support shall not be held responsible for delays, interruptions, postponements, or inability to provide services caused by force majeure events including but not limited to: earthquakes, typhoons, pandemics, fires, natural disasters, government restrictions, network outages, or any unforeseeable events beyond its control.
