Japan Easy Support is a multilingual support company based in Osaka, founded by Mr. Bouissou who experienced first-hand how overwhelming life in Japan can be. From navigating city hall to finding an apartment, opening a bank account, or simply making a phone call in Japanese. The barriers are real, and they add up. We built Japan Easy Support to change that. Our mission is simple: to stand by your side at every step of your life in Japan, whether you are arriving for the first time, settling in long-term, or preparing to leave. We make every step feel manageable, in English, French, and Japanese.

From the Founder
I thought I was prepared… but the reality of Japan is completely different.
Every foreigner I met was facing the same difficulties.
I simply started by helping my friends.
When I first arrived in Japan on a student visa, I truly believed I was ready. I had already completed intensive Japanese courses in France. Yet once I arrived, I quickly found myself completely lost — even dealing with tasks that initially seemed simple. The biggest challenge was not only the language, but especially the cultural differences and the very different way things work in Japan. Very quickly I realized I was far from being the only person struggling. Every conversation with fellow foreigners led back to the same difficulties: administrative procedures, cultural misunderstandings, stress, and the language barrier. That is when the idea was born: why not create a company in Osaka specifically designed to truly support foreigners in their life and settlement in Japan? Because we personally experienced these difficulties ourselves, we understand how much even a small amount of support can change everything.
